Joining us

So, you've learned a little bit about us and you're curious to know how to join with us...

First of all, you (yes, YOU) are welcome to join us anytime - you can join in for a Sunday morning service or any of the events listed on our website. 

Secondly, if you're interested in becoming a member of Jeff Street or having any sort of regular affiliation with our congregation, we'd love to help you learn more. We encourage you to start by contacting our pastor at jeffstreetamy@gmail.com or by phone at 213-215-9871 She's always more than happy to talk with you about what membership might look like for you.

What does it look like to be a part of a faith community?

• Many of our members actively participate in ministry teams or service opportunities - but not all.

• Many of our members pledge to contribute financially to the costs of running our church - but not all.

• Many of our members prioritize participating in weekly worship services - but not all.

• We profess a variety of biblical beliefs, but we are joined in our concern for justice for all particularly as a part of the Association of Welcoming and Affirming Baptists and as a Peace Church.
