Introducing... Pastor Amy Armstrong

Amy Armstrong began her ministry as pastor at Jeff Street on June 15, 2025. She and her family moved here from North Carolina and are rapidly making themselves at home here in Louisville. Amy and her wife, Joy, were married at Watts Street Baptist Church in Durham, NC in 2010 and welcomed their daughter, Alysa, into the home in 2012. Before accepting the position at Jeff Street, Amy was serving as the Associate Minister at Binkley Baptist Church in Chapel Hill, NC. Amy, Joy and Alysa are thrilled to have found "their people" at Jeff Street Baptist Community at Liberty. 

When not working, Amy and family love to play hard. They work jigsaw puzzles, visit arcades, go to the zoo, visit water parks and ride roller coasters and are always on the look out for new foods to try!
